• Optional email import content when you connect or forward shipping notifications
• Photos or screenshots you upload for parcel import (processed to extract tracking details)
• Device and usage data (app version, language, general analytics if you consent to cookies)
• Household sharing settings and member invitations you configure
• Support messages and contact form submissions
• Payment-related identifiers from Apple or Google when you purchase Premium (we do not store full payment card details)

How we use data

We use your data to provide parcel tracking, send notifications, sync household sharing, improve our services, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

AI and automated processing

When you import parcels from photos, text, or email, we use automated systems (including AI models) to detect tracking numbers, carriers, and pickup codes. Results are shown to you for confirmation. We do not use your parcel content to train public models without your consent.

Retention

We retain account and parcel data while your account is active. You may delete parcels or your account at any time. Backup copies may persist for a limited period for security and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@siuntera.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
